It really isn't that hard if you don't think about it.
It's when you think about it that it gets hard.

    Great advice!!!!! I can't tell you how many times I have heard people say they want to write a novel but complain that they don't have time, or this or that....and I just want to scream at them: Stop making excuses! Just do it!
