Excellent! But, like Tess, I still tend to waste it. Although, sometimes I have to take a look at what I'm doing and realize that it's really not a waste. Daydreaming for example, or taking my kids for an afternoon at the swimming pool.
I read this as I just wasted an hour of life. Vegging counts for something right?
